The open experiential – interactive workshops of diaplous, cover a wide range of modules for the development of soft skills and are designed with the primary objective of being an outstanding option for companies wishing to train their executives (at an individual level) or individuals with a personal development interest.

Upon completion of each training program, a Certificate of Successful Completion is delivered, as well the option of a Certificate of Attendance by TUV Hessen for those who wish to do so. Contact our company for information on the process.

All educational proposals for the development of soft skills, can also be adjusted to the needs of every company and/or department, and implemented as intra-business experiential-interactive workshops, for groups of maximum 16-20 participants. At the same time and following the corresponding procedures, a specific educational proposal can be established, based on the particular needs of a company/organization.

  • In 2010, officially became a provider of Trainer’s training project, by the certification of its first Master Trainer and the development of Train The Trainer and Coach The Trainer programs. With the Coach The Trainer program, the company enters the field of thorough, certified and comprehensive training of instructors/Trainers, using an on the Train coaching program
  • In 2011, fulfilled its dream, by creating the diaplous Training Experience Concept, which in addition to the innovative, award-winning and experiential/interactive Training center, introduces Experience culture to Training procedure
