ISO-22000 Food Hygiene and Safety Management
ISO 22000 is an international standard, which specifications the requirements for an integrated System for Health and Food Safety Management, specific for organizations that manage – in any way – food.
It aims to identify and analyze the risks involved in the management by the organization and its compliance with all legal requirements in order to provide safe food to the Consumer.
The standard can be applied to all types of companies, businesses and organizations managing food, regardless of size and activity.
